Every mutual client is enrolled in my Mortgage Under Management program so that they receive on-going information to help them with their home and financial goals.

I will always keep you updated on market trends and new loan programs so that you and your clients are well informed and know all the different options available.  Also can get you access to several pieces of technology to help your business

Give your clients the most negotiating power possible by having a pre-approval that has been reviewed and approved by the licensed underwriter.  This is much stronger than the typical pre-approval, and should give our buyers an advantage over the competition.
